Free Shipping on EU & U.S.
We offer free shipping to EU and United States area by Post!
Under global epidemic situation, we’re trying best to provide quick delivery for all our customers!
It takes 10-18 days to arrive after the order is shipped. A notification with tracking number will be sent to you by email once the parcel is sent out.
Not in US nor EU
We offer worldwide shipping. For orders outside of EU and US, we only charge a flat rate of $7.50 for standard shipping by SF International. And you can enjoy free shipping on orders over $50.00. It takes 10-18 days to arrive after the order is shipped. A notification with tracking number will be sent to you by email once the parcel is sent out.
We also offer Express Shipping Service by FedEx by charging a flat rate of $50. And you can enjoy free shipping on orders over $120.00. A notification with tracking number will be sent to you by email once the parcel is sent out. It can take 4-7 days to receive your parcel by FedEx, depending on your location.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours (GMT+8 Time Zone) between Monday and Friday, normally within 2 days after your purchase. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your nominated email address (please make sure the email address is correct). If you do not receive, please email us at email@example.com
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
You assume all risk and liability for your parcel if no one is available upon delivery at your nominated delivery address.
Duties & Taxes
Since it is international transportation, any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country's customs authority are not included and are due upon delivery.
Duties, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be due to your country’s customs authority upon delivery.
Exchange & Returns
We will gladly accept returns for new, unused merchandise with all original tags attached. Refund on worn underwear will only be accepted if the item is faulty and must not be returned washed.
If you are not happy with the fit of your purchase and would like to exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we have your required size in stock.
Once you have sent the item, please email us the tracking number as well as your Order ID, we will resend your new item within 2 working days so to save your time. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days upon delivery.
We offer customers the opportunity to return all full priced items for a refund of the purchase price. Returns must be initiated within 14 days upon delivery.
Please note we cannot offer returns or refunds on sale items, items that have been altered or embroidered or if returns are requested out of the specified time frames.
A refund to the full value of your item(s) at purchased time will be credited to your nominated PayPal account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
Once you have sent the item, please email us the tracking number as well as your Order ID for our following up. We will issue your refund immediately upon receipt as long as the item received meets our condition.
Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service for international orders. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges and customs requirements. We don’t appoint the transportation method so you may choose an economic one. Post Service is accepted.

Is it a gift for someone special? No problem, we offer gift packing! Please contact customer service about your requirement. Our colleague will finalize the details with you by photos.
Cost of gift package is not included in the product price and will be charged at buyer’s side.
Size & Fit
Since most of our styles are non-wired Bras / Bralettes, the selection of size is very easy!
First, please refer to the size chart in each product images.
Second, when choosing a bra and panties set, please give priority to the size of the bra, as we have matched the size of panties according to the general situation.
Third, we suggest you leave your size info when placing orders, so we can double check if the size you choose is suitable, as sizes are expressed differently in different countries.
Tip: If you are in between sizes, we always recommend going up a size for extra comfort.
